Position Summary: This role involves providing direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, adhering to facility policies, and reporting resident needs and concerns.
Essential Functions:
Attend work as scheduled and follow call-off procedures.
Perform duties according to nursing service policies and procedures.
Identify and report resident problems to a licensed nurse.
Complete assignments accurately and on time.
Conduct resident rounds and document care provided.
Assist residents with daily living activities and hygiene needs.
Ensure safety and privacy of residents, following infection control procedures.
Address resident complaints and maintain confidentiality of information.
