Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse to provide both routine and complex care in a clinical setting. The role involves independent practice, critical thinking, and effective delegation to manage patient care. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, while addressing the psychological and social needs of patients and families.

Core Competencies:

• Utilizes the Nursing Process effectively.
• Facilitates patient throughput and flow.
• Manages unit operations and staffing needs.
• Ensures safe practice and quality care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification and RN License required.

Work Schedule: 7PM – 7AM, Part Time.
