Join a 165-bed facility dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through resident-centered services and quality of life initiatives. We seek a detailed-oriented MDS Candidate who is organized and self-motivated, with bedside assessment experience. Responsibilities include:

• Collecting data for MDS from medical records and interviews.
• Participating in meetings to ensure compliance with federal billing requirements.
• Reviewing and updating the Plan of Care quarterly.
