Schedule: PRN | Minimum 3 shifts/month | Monday-Friday | 8 am 4:30 pm (Weekends Available)
Scope: Provide skilled nursing care, supervise nursing team members, and teach families. Work under the Regional Clinical Manager’s supervision, with frequent client and medical community interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client admissions and discharges, including medical history and physical exams.
Provide skilled nursing care and educate clients and caregivers.
Supervise home health aides and evaluate their performance.
Document client care and maintain accurate records.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Participate in professional development and safety procedures.
Education and Experience Required:
Graduate of an approved nursing school.
Current RN licensure in Minnesota and North Dakota.
CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
Strong computer skills and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
