Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide interventions in a home setting
• Document patient progress and collaborate with healthcare professionals

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay up to $85.00 per visit
• Full-time status at 25 visits/week

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Colorado PT license and CPR certification
