Program Therapist (FT) $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

Join our team as a Program Therapist and make a difference in psychiatric care! We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus and flexible schedules (Tues-Sat, Sat-Mon, Sun-Thurs). In this role, you will address patients’ bio-psychosocial needs through counseling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with community agencies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Indiana State license (LSW or LMHC) preferred; LCSW or LMHC required.
• 2+ years of experience in psychiatric healthcare.
