Licensed Practical Nurse / Day Shift

Job Description

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a $5000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles. Seeking compassionate individuals who enjoy connecting with patients and working in a family-oriented environment.

Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts. Pay: Up to $37/hour based on experience.

LPN Responsibilities:

• Maintain clinical competency and apply nursing knowledge and skills.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient care.
• Exhibit organizational skills to prioritize patient needs.
• Integrate current nursing standards and regulations.
• Practice continuous quality improvement and problem-solving.

Qualifications: Tennessee LPN license required; GNs and GPNs are welcome to apply.
