Job Description

We are seeking a full-time RN for the Inpatient Float Pool, working night shifts (7p-7a) with a sign-on bonus of $20,000. The role involves providing supplemental staffing across various units, promoting patient health through collaboration with healthcare teams, and delivering emotional and psychological support to patients and families. Candidates must have a minimum of an ADN or BSN, 3 years of acute care experience (including 1 year in Critical Care), and a current South Carolina RN license. Essential functions include patient care, clinical quality assurance, resource management, and maintaining professional knowledge.
