Job Description

Position Summary: The Director of Rehabilitation Services oversees physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments, ensuring high-quality rehab services compliant with laws and standards.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

• Active therapy license (physical, occupational, or speech) and educational qualifications.
• State registration/licensure in good standing.
• Two years of supervisory experience in post-acute care.
• CPR certification required.

Specific Job Requirements:

• Coordinate with patients, families, and departments for care planning.
• Knowledge of payer reimbursement, labor management, and supply budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Essential Functions:

• Recruit, train, and supervise rehab staff.
• Manage department budget and staffing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships.
