Job Summary:
The LPN is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring the health and safety of all residents.
Essential Duties:
Monitor residents’ conditions and assess their needs for optimal care.
Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
Perform routine charting in accordance with policies.
Manage the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.

Qualifications:
Nursing degree from an accredited institution or approved LPN program.
Current Ohio unencumbered LPN license required.
