We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care (Step Down) unit at Mercy St. Rita’s Medical Center, with day and night shifts available. A sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 is offered for part-time positions.

Job Summary: The RN will assess patient status, prioritize needs, develop care plans, and ensure a safe environment. Essential functions include collaborating with the care team, conducting assessments, coordinating care, advocating for patient safety, and administering medications.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Certifications: Current RN licensure and BLS preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of RN experience required; 6 months in acute care preferred.
