Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides essential nursing care to ensure patient comfort and well-being. Responsibilities include assisting physicians, administering medications, changing dressings, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining patient records. The RN plays a key role in patient care planning and implementation, while also leading support staff.

The position is in a 27-bed medical-surgical unit focused on renal and urology care, catering to patients with various comorbidities. A $10K sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are offered.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Current Texas RN License, CPR, and ACLS certification required within 6 months
