Outpatient Therapist

Job Description

Position: Outpatient Therapist
Status: Full Time (37.5 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Monroeville and Wilkinsburg

Responsibilities:
– Provide direct services to children, adolescents, and adults on assigned caseload
– Complete clinical documentation and case management
– Participate in case conferences and consultations
– Meet productivity standards (100% scheduling, 60% productivity)
– Collaborate as part of the treatment team and attend required meetings

Qualifications:
– Master’s degree and minimum one year post-master’s experience
– Licensed or license-eligible in relevant fields
– Knowledge of psychotherapy and experience in substance abuse therapy preferred
– Good communication skills and computer proficiency
– Required clearances (Act 33, 34, FBI)

Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
