Join as a New Graduate Registered Nurse with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a starting rate of $34.04/hr. This full-time position includes a one-year Nurse Residency Program designed to transition new graduates into professional nursing roles through a blend of on-the-job training and classroom education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process.
• Participate in a collaborative project with peers to enhance patient care.
• Engage in monthly residency sessions focusing on Clinical Leadership, Patient Safety, and Professional Role.
