Job Description

An LMHP will deliver specialized services through comprehensive screenings and assessments to enhance youth and family dynamics using evidence-based programming. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting timely assessments and intake for clients.
• Creating individualized service plans with families and professionals.
• Documenting services per policy and ensuring compliance with Medicaid and insurance guidelines.
• Administering therapeutic treatments and adjusting as needed.
• Collaborating with professionals and families to meet goals.
• Maintaining communication regarding client progress.
• Attending required agency meetings.
• Complying with certification and licensing standards.

Minimum requirements include a Master’s degree in a human services field, a current Oklahoma license, and at least two years of relevant experience. The position offers a salary of up to $75,000, benefits, and a flexible schedule.
