Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions in Peabody, MA, focusing on long-term care, short-term rehab, and skilled nursing. The PT will provide high-level care to residents across multiple facilities, often requiring travel. Key responsibilities include:

• Directing resident rehabilitation care in compliance with standards.
• Evaluating resident needs and creating effective treatment plans.
• Coordinating treatment supervision with staff and disciplines.
• Participating in resident screenings and providing clinical feedback.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
• Assisting with marketing and participating in training programs.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a current state license, with a preference for experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
