LPN Wound Care Nurse

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of practice; Wound Certification preferred.
• Current CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in healthcare and treatment nursing care is desirable.
• Prior supervisory experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform treatments and dressing changes per policy and physician orders.
• Conduct routine replacements of gastric tubes and Foley catheters.
• Recommend treatment procedures to physicians and maintain accurate documentation.
