Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Care Coordinator for the vent unit, offering a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000. The role involves ensuring continuity of care for residents, providing direct patient care, and supervising nursing staff. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans, and maintaining documentation compliance. Candidates should have a nursing degree (BSN preferred), a current NY RN license, BLS certification, and ideally three years of clinical experience, particularly in LTAC, Critical Care, or ICU settings.
