We are seeking a full-time Surgical Stepdown/Post CV nurse for the PM/N shift (7p-7a) with a $20,000 sign-on bonus. The role involves operational oversight, patient care delegation, and facilitating admissions, transfers, and discharges. Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least 2 years of relevant experience. A current RN license in South Carolina and national nursing certification in the specialty are required. Essential functions include patient advocacy, education, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
