> REF:#42af21b47f2a0405Job Summary: The EAP Counselor is responsible for providing clinical services and training programs to eligible clients within the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This hybrid role involves direct service delivery through clinical assessments, brief counseling, coaching, and crisis response, both in-person and remotely. The counselor will collaborate with EAP staff to enhance service efficiency and support clients through skill building and referrals.
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work; LMHC or LMSW required (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD preferred).
- Experience in EAP, substance abuse assessment, and mediation is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
