RN, Registered Nurse Float IV – Nursing Float Pool – Full Time

Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse for a Critical Care setting who can practice independently and provide both routine and complex care according to patient treatment plans. Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administering medications and treatments while monitoring their effectiveness.
• Documenting patient care and educating patients and families.
• Planning and evaluating nursing care and unit operations.
• Ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, at least 2 years of critical care experience, and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS). Full-time position with a 7PM-7AM schedule.
