Position: Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician

Location: Cass City, MI

Hours: Full Time, Nights, Full Benefits

We are seeking a full-time Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician to join our Laboratory department. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in MT/CLS/MLS
• Registered with ASCP or AMT-HEW, or registry eligible
• Experience in all laboratory areas
• Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory analyses in blood banking, coagulation, microbiology, hematology, urinalysis, and serology
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards
