Job Description

Life Pittsburgh is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their interdisciplinary team, providing community-based care for frail older adults. The RN role includes implementing nursing care plans, conducting assessments, and providing education to participants and families, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The LPN will administer personal care, monitor vitals, and assist with medication management, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Both positions require a valid PA Nursing License, a driver’s license, and experience with the elderly. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

• Primary hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with on-call shifts.
• Travel required to participant residences and other facilities, with mileage reimbursement.
