Team Rehab is seeking patient-focused Physical Therapists to join their network of outpatient clinics across several states. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to help them recover from injuries and manage pain. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent patient care and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans and educating patients on their conditions.
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting care plans as needed.

  • Participating in research and contributing to clinic policies.
