The RN – Team Coordinator is responsible for patient care and directing nursing staff to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care. This role requires autonomous practice within professional standards and compliance with nursing regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing patient assignments and nursing care within the department.
  • Facilitating communication and conflict resolution among staff.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
  • Mentoring new staff and promoting team development.
  • Conducting educational programs and serving on committees to enhance patient care.

    • Qualifications include a college degree (BSN preferred), 2+ years of clinical experience, and a valid RN license. Night shifts with rotating weekends are required.
