Job Description

Nashua Crossings is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. Join a dedicated team that values support and community. Opportunities are available for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem on all shifts, with a base rate of $32-$38.50 plus shift differentials and a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for full-time and $1,000 for part-time positions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and document residents’ health status.
• Report significant changes to appropriate personnel.
• Supervise Resident Care Assistants.
• Coordinate care with community providers.
• Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with the elderly is desirable.
