Job Description
> REF:#3f1d2f4b2b39e1c6Position Summary: The Crisis Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients and families in the community, ensuring a safe environment and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary care team for optimal patient outcomes.
Schedule: 36 hours per week, 8p-8a, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with call backup 10-15 times per year and 2 holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nursing assessments and interventions.
- Update care plans as needed.
- Respond to urgent needs and initiate crisis care.
- Educate patients/families on care needs.
- Administer medications and maintain electronic records.
- Communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements: Associates degree in nursing required; RN license in the state of practice required.
