Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a full-time position (40 hours/week, 3pm-11pm). Base pay ranges from $38.00 to $45.00, with additional differentials for weekdays and weekends, plus a quarterly bonus.

Essential Duties:

• Provide exceptional, patient-centered care and develop individualized care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments and document care accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality care.

Prerequisites:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Knowledge of Critical Care and Med/Surg preferred.
