Work Shift/Schedule: 10 Hr Afternoon – Evening
About the Role: Responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to improve patient quality of life across all age groups. Interacts with healthcare professionals and patients, adhering to safety guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications: Pharm D. or R.Ph. required; experience in clinical settings preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense medications and maintain drug formulary.
- Conduct clinical monitoring and communicate with healthcare teams.
- Ensure compliance with controlled substance regulations.
- Train pharmacy staff and provide constructive feedback.
Physical Demands: Light lifting, heavy vision requirements, and frequent communication tasks.
