We are seeking a Clinical Faculty Coordinator (CFC) to enhance nursing education skills by mentoring clinical faculty and building relationships with clinical partners in Greater Portland. This role allows you to remain connected to the clinical environment while supporting an academic program.
Responsibilities:
Identify, select, and evaluate clinical adjunct faculty and sites.
Align clinical experiences with course outcomes.
Resolve clinical personnel issues and coordinate faculty training.
Verify compliance and manage clinical attendance.
Qualifications:
Master of Science in Nursing and unencumbered WA or OR RN License.
Two years of teaching experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
