Job Title: Oncology Pharmacist
Reports To: Pharmacy Manager

General Function: Provide quality patient care for oncology patients, ensuring safe and effective drug therapy through independent decision-making and clinical judgment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Offer drug and clinical information to healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with drug storage and accountability regulations.
  • Monitor drug refrigerator temperatures.
  • Serve as a resource for clinic staff on pharmacy issues.
  • Oversee chemotherapy drug orders and pharmacy technicians.
  • Support drug ordering and inventory management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Minimum Requirements: PharmD from an accredited school, BCOP certification, and at least two years of oncology pharmacy experience.
