Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: Peoria Center, 801 W Lake Ave, Peoria, IL 61614

Salary: $225,000 – $255,000

Schedule: Full-Time (Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM) or Part-Time options available.

Role: Provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive team environment, focusing on quality care over service volume. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients
  • Oversee primary care administration
  • Prescribe treatments and maintain medical records
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet health goals

    • Qualifications:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
  • Active State and DEA licenses
