Fallon Health seeks a dedicated RN for its Summit ElderCare® program, which provides comprehensive care for individuals aged 55 and older. The role involves managing and delivering nursing care, conducting assessments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans. Key responsibilities include implementing provider orders, monitoring interventions, and ensuring timely care delivery while respecting cultural diversity. Candidates must have a nursing degree, a current Massachusetts RN license, and at least two years of relevant experience. CPR and Alzheimer’s certification are required within 60 days of hire.
