Responsibilities include clinical leadership, supervising midlevel providers, and managing direct patient care, including examinations and treatment. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited medical school, hold a Virginia medical license, and possess a current DEA certificate. Key competencies include clinical assessment, knowledge of medical standards, and effective communication skills. The position requires participation in an on-call schedule and maintaining patient confidentiality while seeing an average of 21-25 patients daily.
