Job Description

Under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, this role involves providing primary care to patients of all ages within a Patient Centered Medical Home model. Responsibilities include clinical leadership, supervising midlevel providers, and managing direct patient care, including examinations and treatment. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited medical school, hold a Virginia medical license, and possess a current DEA certificate. Key competencies include clinical assessment, knowledge of medical standards, and effective communication skills. The position requires participation in an on-call schedule and maintaining patient confidentiality while seeing an average of 21-25 patients daily.

• Compensation: $225,000 – $350,000 per year.
