Weekend RN

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for home health and hospice care, working weekends only (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). This role involves providing one-on-one patient care in their homes, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and the patient’s physician.

• Responsibilities include patient visits, comprehensive assessments, initiating and revising care plans, and providing wound care, IV therapy, and pain management.
• Qualifications: RN license, preferred experience in home health or hospice, strong clinical skills, reliable transportation, and excellent documentation abilities.
