RRT, Registered Respiratory Therapist – Longview – Full Time

Job Description

Summary:
Responsible for pulmonary care of critical, non-critical, and chronically ill patients across all age groups, under physician supervision. Conducts patient assessments and implements respiratory care plans, performing various diagnostic and technical procedures throughout the hospital.

Responsibilities:
Includes but is not limited to:

• Emergency response (Code Blue and White)
• Airway management and suctioning
• Ventilator and aerosolized drug management
• Oxygen delivery and therapeutic monitoring
• Documentation and equipment maintenance
• Advanced practice skills such as pulmonary function testing and bronchoscopy assist

Job Requirements:
1-3 years of experience preferred, RT or RCP License, BLS, and RRT certification required. Current ACLS certification is also necessary.

Work Schedule: 7PM – 7AM, Full Time
