Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Wilmington, MA, to manage resident care and ensure quality outcomes in long-term care, short-term rehab, and skilled nursing settings. The PTA will be part of an interdisciplinary team, responsible for evaluating resident needs, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with staff. Essential duties include providing rehabilitation care, clinical documentation, and maintaining billing records. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a current PTA license. Experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations is preferred.
