Summary:
The Telemetry/CV Stepdown Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patient and family health issues, leading the nursing care plan’s planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves providing technical nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients aged 18 and older, ensuring an understanding of their developmental needs. The nurse is expected to align with the organization’s mission and core values while supporting strategic goals and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
– One year of experience preferred.
– Current Louisiana RN License.
– Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
