We are seeking *LPN – Licensed Practical Nurses* to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult clients. Responsibilities include delivering care per patient plans, conducting assessments, assisting with daily tasks, and coordinating health services. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a current Ohio LPN license, BLS certification, and a reliable vehicle. Empathy, effective communication, and teamwork are essential. Training for tracheostomy, ventilation, and feeding tubes is available.
