We are seeking a newly graduated or experienced Physical Therapist for full-time opportunities in the Lorain area, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling for a great work/life balance. Our Care Coordination team provides essential support, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Assistant therapy staff
  • Communicate with office staff for patient management
  • Maintain open communication with patients and agencies
  • Complete evaluations, care plans, and discharge paperwork
  • Attend meetings and case conferences

    • Job Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapist Licensure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Ability to travel within a 40-mile radius
  • Strong communication skills; home healthcare experience preferred
