Athletic Trainer Certified (ATC)

Job Description

We are seeking a PRN Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) in Grand Rapids, MI, to provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical evaluation, therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitation for athletes at a local high school.

Compensation: Starting at $35/hr, commensurate with experience.

Hours: PRN

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under physician supervision.
• Participate in athletic events and practices.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs.
• Administer athletic training techniques to reduce injury risk.
• Manage emergency incidents and coordinate care.
• Engage in outreach opportunities to promote the organization.

Qualifications:

• BS Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• NATA certification.
• CPR certification.
• Applicable state license as required.
