Job Description

We are seeking a Director of Behavioral Health in Minot, ND, to manage a 26-bed behavioral health program and outpatient services at Trinity Health. This full-time role offers a salary starting at $150,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive behavioral health operations experience, including 3 years in a similar leadership role. Responsibilities include enhancing physician engagement, recruiting staff, overseeing budgets, and ensuring clinical quality and compliance. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.
