Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a therapist at a leading addiction and mental health treatment facility in Huachuca City, AZ. The role emphasizes creating and managing a personalized caseload while engaging with students in various outdoor and therapeutic activities, including equine therapy.

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or Chemical Dependency; licensure preferred.
• Experience: Minimum two years as a counselor/therapist, with at least one year in chemical dependency; 12-step knowledge is a plus.
• Responsibilities: Provide therapy, facilitate workshops, attend team meetings, and maintain policies and paperwork.
• Compensation: Starting pay of $50,000 per year, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and relocation assistance.

Relocation to Huachuca City, AZ is required.
