Job Description

Job Summary: The Psychologist will evaluate inmates, detainees, and residents (I/D/R) for mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, providing diagnoses and treatment recommendations. Responsibilities include conducting psychological evaluations, providing psychotherapy, monitoring medication compliance, and training staff on crisis intervention and suicide prevention techniques.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a PhD or PsyD in Psychology, a current state license, and preferably two years of correctional experience.

Compensation: The position offers a salary of $160,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
