Job Description

Join a dedicated team at St. Rita’s Medical Center as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Hybrid ICU & PCU Unit, providing care for low acuity ICU and step-down patients. This position is open to new graduates and offers full-time or part-time shifts, with day or night options available. A sign-on bonus is included.

Job Summary: RNs will utilize strong organizational skills to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and ensure a safe environment. Essential functions include collaborating with the care team, conducting patient assessments, and administering medications safely.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure
• 1 year of RN experience required; 6 months in acute care preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• BLS/ACLS certifications required
