Join a leading multi-disciplinary rehabilitation organization in North Carolina as a BCBA, providing comprehensive pediatric services. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee ABA therapy implementation by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children and committed to evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • North Carolina BCBA license and BACB certification (or obtain within 30 days)
  • Manage up to 4 remote BCBAs and train up to 48 RBTs
  • Strong assessment, management, and documentation skills
