The RN – Team Coordinator is responsible for overseeing patient care and directing nursing staff to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care. This role requires autonomous practice within professional standards and compliance with nursing regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with patient assignments and supervising nursing care.
  • Facilitating communication and conflict resolution within the unit.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and LEAN processes.
  • Mentoring new staff and promoting continuing education.
  • Serving as a liaison between interdisciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to policies.

    • Qualifications include a college degree (BSN preferred), a valid RN license, and at least 2 years of clinical experience. Night shifts with rotating weekends are required.
