Unit Care Coordinator (Registered Nurse/RN)

Job Description

Position Summary: The RN Unit Care Coordinator oversees and manages patient care on their unit, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Active RN license in good standing
• Preferred: 1 year of geriatric nursing experience
• CPR certification required
