We are seeking a PRN (on-call) Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care and support to residents.
Administer nursing measures and plan care to enhance residents’ health and independence. Deliver medications accurately and communicate with healthcare providers for optimal resident care. Maintain open communication with residents and families, and assist in staff orientation. Document care progress and participate in ongoing education to improve nursing skills. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active Illinois nursing license. Must commit to two 8-hour shifts per month, including one weekend shift.
