Registered Nurse RN – Med Surg

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical department, working nights (7pm – 7am) with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week. Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct nursing care per established protocols.
• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans.
• Coordinating care among healthcare disciplines.
• Executing physician and nursing orders.
• Assessing discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Requirements include a BLS certification within 30 days of hire and a valid RN license from the Alabama Board of Nursing. A diploma from an accredited nursing school is also required.
